For years, I have watched the dedicated men and women of our staff pour every ounce of their energy into the children of Bwayiise. We aren't just "teaching" here; we are fighting to give these young people a fighting chance through hands-on, competence-based skills that actually mean something in the real world. But I have to be honest with you—the weight of rising costs is becoming heavy.

Whether it is the skyrocketing price of training materials, the need to keep our teachers sharp with modern methods, or simply ensuring every student has the support they need to stay in school, the financial strain is real. We are doing everything we can, from installing solar power to cutting firewood costs, just to keep our doors open and our tuition affordable.

I truly believe that an investment in our vocational workshops is an investment in the future of Uganda itself. When you donate to Emmanuel College Kazo, you aren't just giving money; you are putting tools into the hands of a future entrepreneur. You are helping us keep that fire of hope alive in a community that desperately needs it.

Let’s transform this potential into productivity together—one student, one skill, and one classroom at a time.

Kiguba Paul.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Emmanuel College Kazo seeks funding support for seven transformative vocational training projects as part of its 40th Anniversary celebrations in July 2026. With a total budget of Shs. 84,550,000 (USD $24,160), these projects will transform the institution into a model vocational training center, equipping youth from marginalized communities with practical skills for entrepreneurship and meaningful employment. The initiatives align with the anniversary theme "Go Forward, Transform" and represent a strategic investment in sustainable, community-driven development.
